Maid Service: While we don’t offer daily maid service as part of our vacation rental, we do check linens every other day to see if they need refreshing. If you wish to have daily maid service, we can arrange that for an added fee. Let us know upon booking.
Laundry: We offer free laundry service during your stay.
Transfers: Free transfers are available to/from the Placencia airstrip to The North Beach
Tours: We are happy to help you book your daily tours to Cockscomb, Monkey River, Maya Ruins or snorkeling/diving the Belize Barrier Reef. more...
Telephone: Each suite at the North Beach has a phone.
Parking: The North Beach has parking if you choose to rent a vehicle and drive in.

Restaurants: Placencia has a wide variety of restaurants within walking distance from The North Beach. There is a delightful French restaurant, home-style Italian restaurants and numerous local Belizean eateries. You might also choose to take a short taxi ride to one of the resort restaurants up the peninsula.
Nightlife/Bars: There is no shortage of bars in Placencia. For your nightlife in Placencia you might be entertained with live music from our local band, dance under the stars, sing karaoke, or just park yourself on a barstool and hear some local tales.
Taxi: While everything in the village is walking distance from The North Beach, taxis are readily available for trips within or outside the village.
Tour Operators: If you wish to make your own tour bookings, there are plenty of tour operators in Placencia to choose from.
Internet Service; There are a number of places in Placencia that provide internet service at very reasonable prices.
Grocery Stores: Placencia has 3 grocery stores, which carry a wide variety of foods. Fresh produce can be purchased at the stores or at fruit markets.
Banks: Placencia currently has 2 full service banks – Atlantic Bank and ScotiaBank.
Health Center: Placencia has one health clinic if you have a minor injury or illness. A doctor is on staff. |
