booking & cancellation policy

Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.

A 9% hotel tax is additional to rate quoted.

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation for a suite. This deposit is refundable for cancellations 45 days or more prior to the reserved date less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reserved date receive no refund on deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing in our office 45 days prior to reservation date for full refund.

This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God. 

We will gladly accept your full payment in the event you wish to do this. In the event of cancellation more than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reserved date 50% deposit will be non refundable, but the rest of your payment will be refunded.

Credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) are also accepted for deposit with a 4% non-refundable administration fee.
