At The North Beach, one of the only luxury accommodations in Placencia Village proper, you can experience Belizean life to the fullest. Take a quiet stroll down Placencia’s famous sidewalk and enjoy the local color of the village. Mingle with locals at a nearby bar, dine on Belizean home cooking at a restaurant or join a local Belizean operator for a day of snorkeling along the longest barrier reef in the western hemisphere or rainforest tour. The North Beach is one Villa with many different suite combinations. The entire villa contains 2 kitchens, 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 1 loft bedroom. The villa can be configured to be anywhere from 1 bedroom/1 bath to 5 bedroom/4 bathroom and anything in between. The maximum capacity at The North Beach is 11 people.

Each suite has tiled floors with colorful Mexican tiled countertops and bathrooms. Ceiling fans are in each room, along with air conditioning.

Booking & Cancellation Policy
Rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
A 9% hotel tax is additional to rate quoted.
A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation for a suite. This deposit is refundable for cancellations 45 days or more prior to the reserved date less a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reserved date receive no refund on deposit. All cancellations must be received in writing in our office 45 days prior to reservation date for full refund.
This cancellation policy applies to any reason for cancellation, including airline delays, strikes, world events, personal issues or Acts of God.
We will gladly accept your full payment in the event you wish to do this. In the event of cancellation more than 45 days prior to your reservation, you will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 45 days prior to reserved date 50% deposit will be non refundable, but the rest of your payment will be refunded.
